My name is Jiří Šlapák.
I am an enthusiastic amateur photographer who enjoys walking in nature and hills, looking for animals and people. I try to record everything that happens around me.

How I started
Around the summer of 2016, I had a great idea: "I'm going to buy a camera!" I was a kind of orfinary ultrazoom from Canon.
My relationship with photography started classically - flowers in the garden, family celebrations, or trips with my girlfriend.
Then I started looking for inspiration in old family photo albums. And these photos were great and high quality. "How is it possible?"
I was thanks to an old Zenit TTL analog camera with a great legendary Helios lens.
So I started taking pictures with my first SLR and that was also end of my ultrazoom.
Now I shoot with a Nikon Z50 mirrorless camera, but I don't forget about analog photos that I started creating in the darkroom.
